1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active 47vip account. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 47vip's discretion. Availability of specific payment methods may vary based on regulatory requirements.

5.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 47vip does not conduct transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. 47vip takes a strict stance on bonus abuse. 6.4 Promotion Availability. Promotional offers are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn, modified, or temporarily suspended at 47vip's discretion. Eligibility for specific promotions may depend on account verification status, game category, deposit method, or other criteria specified in the individual offer.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 47vip platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the processing of a wager, 47vip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts to Members' accounts. No payouts will be made in respect of wagers affected by demonstrable technical malfunctions.

7.3 Disconnection Policy. 47vip is not responsible for losses or incomplete game rounds resulting from internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the Member's side. Where a game supports a mid-round reconnection feature, this will be described in the applicable game rules.

7.4 Final Results. Game results recorded by the 47vip system are final and binding. In the case of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Member's device and the result recorded on 47vip's servers, the server-side result shall prevail.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 47vip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Employing any form of artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated software to interact with the platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 47vip platform — including but not limited to the 47vip name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 47vip or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content from the 47vip platform.

9.3 Game content available on the 47vip platform is licensed from third-party game providers, each of whom retains intellectual property rights in their respective titles. Unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

12.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 47vip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 47vip's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 By 47vip. 47vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected; (c) required by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to 47vip, other Members, or third parties.

13.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (not derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13.3 By the Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the 47vip support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 5.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.2 Where permitted by applicable law, amendments take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 Where a change to these Terms is material and adversely affects your rights, you will be given reasonable notice and the option to close your account and withdraw your balance before the change takes effect, if you do not wish to accept the revised Terms.
